Brazen Brownies Is Heading to the Good Food & Wine Show Melbourne

Come find us at the Good Food Village from 29 to 31 May

Brazen Brownies is bringing the brownies, the Brownie-Misu™ and plenty of sweet indulgence to this weekend’s Good Food & Wine Show Melbourne.

Across all three days of the Show, visitors can stop by the Brazen Brownies activation at the Good Food Village to meet founders George Kalpakis and Caroline Kropack, sample the range and experience the brand’s signature desserts in person.

That includes the new Brownie-Misu™, Australia’s first brownie-based tiramisu, layered with Brazen’s award-winning brownies, silky tiramisu cream and an authentic espresso hit, all served chilled in a ready-to-eat can.

Alongside the Brownie-Misu™ range, visitors will also be able to sample Brazen’s small-batch, hand-crafted brownies, made in Melbourne using premium ingredients with no compromise on quality.

Meet the founders behind Brazen Brownies

Founded by George and Caroline, Brazen Brownies has grown from a passion project into one of Australia’s most awarded artisan brownie brands, known for bold flavours, indulgent desserts and handcrafted quality.

The Good Food & Wine Show is a chance to meet the team behind the brand, hear the story firsthand and discover the products that have built a growing following across Melbourne and beyond.

“The Good Food and Wine Show is the perfect place to bring Brazen Brownies and the Brownie-Misu™ to life,” says Caroline.

“We can’t wait to meet everyone who stops by and share what we’ve been creating.”

Built for modern foodservice and grab-and-go retail

Alongside the consumer response, the Brownie-Misu™ is also attracting strong interest from cafes, retailers and foodservice operators looking for premium desserts that are convenient, visually distinctive and ready to serve.

Supplied frozen with a three month shelf life, the Brownie-Misu™ thaws to chilled and requires zero preparation, making it ideal for cafes, grab-and-go cabinets, delivery platforms and quick service restaurant environments.

“The Brownie-Misu™ is perfectly suited to the growing convenience and grab-and-go market,” says George.

“From cafés and specialty retailers to delivery platforms and QSR environments, operators are looking for products that are easy to serve but still feel indulgent and premium. That’s exactly where Brownie-Misu™ fits.”

“If you’re attending the Show and work in hospitality, retail or foodservice, I’d love to connect.”
