Experience Melbourne’s best gelato with our Over The Rainbow Gelato Cake.
It has five deliciously brazen layers:
Layer 1 – Mixed Berry Sorbet (base)
Layer 2 – Blood Orange Sorbet
Layer 3 – Strawberry Sorbet
Layer 4 – Passionfruit Sorbet
Layer 5 – Lemon Sorbet (top layer)
Topped with a mix of fruit sorbet balls (choose) and rainbow straps.
Due to the nature of our gelato cakes, this product is only available for either pick up from our store or local delivery. If a shipping option isn’t showing on checkout, your postcode is unfortunately out of our local delivery area. If we don’t deliver to your area please contact us as we’d still like to be able to do something for you.
SIZES
🎂 Small – 16cm – serves approx. 6 people
🎂 Medium – 20cm – serves approx. 10 people
🎂 Large – 22cm – serves approx. 15 people
🎂 Extra Large – 26cm – serves approx. 25 people
ORDERING TIME
We usually require a minimum of 3 working days notice to make your gelato cake or ice cream cake. If you need a gelato cake or ice cream cake in less than 3 days, please reach out – as we really still want to be able to make your cake and may even have one of our signature cakes in our freezer cabinet ready to go! We like to believe anything is possible at Brazen.
PICK-UP AND DELIVERY
Please note that cakes ordered online are available for pick-up from our Thomastown kitchen from 9.30am until 3.30pm on weekdays. Pick-up times outside these hours are by special arrangement. After placing your order there is a section at Checkout called “Notes” where you can let us know the date you’d like your cake and any other special requests. We also offer local delivery, so to see if we can deliver to your area please check our local delivery area postcodes here. If a shipping option isn’t showing at checkout when you enter in your postcode, your postcode is unfortunately not in our local delivery area. Please note that cake delivery times are on weekdays, and requests for weekend delivery is by special arrangement. If you would like a quote for door-to-door delivery outside of our local delivery areas and times, please call us on 0412 662 233 and we’d be happy to try to help!
