Our Death by Brownie Gelato Cake has a Wicked Chocolate Addiction Brownie base, Salted Caramel Peanut Brownie ice cream middle and Double Choc Brownie ice cream top. We then top the cake with balls of Double Choc Brownie ice cream and brownie chunks. Delicious!
Please note that cakes ordered online are only available for pick-up from our Thomastown kitchen from 9.30am until 3.30pm on weekdays. Pick-up times outside these hours are by special arrangement. After placing your order there is a section at Checkout called “Notes” where you should let us know the date you’d like to pick up your cake and any other special requests. We may also be able to offer local delivery (for an added cost) so please reach out by phone or text 0412 662 233 or email us at yummy@brazenbrownies.com.au.

ORDERING TIME
We usually require a minimum of 3 working days notice to make your gelato cake or ice cream cake. If you need a gelato cake or ice cream cake in less than 3 days, please reach out – as we really still want to be able to make your cake and may even have one of our signature cakes in our freezer cabinet ready to go! We like to believe anything is possible at Brazen.
