Please note: All orders are shipped via Australia Post. We recommend placing your order early, particularly during peak periods, to allow plenty of time for delivery.

Shipping
We do our best to ensure your order arrives for you in the same condition it left our kitchen. We add packaging filler to your mailer box to provide extra protection, though we cannot be responsible for the handling by AusPost. If there are issues with your order on delivery, please send us an email. We recommend being available to directly receive your order as we cannot be responsible for products being left outside by Australia Post in the Australian climate.
For all deliveries outside of our local delivery area, orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow for Australia Post shipping times for the local delivery area. We make all our products fresh every day and aim to despatch within 1 – 2 days from receipt of order.
