We add packaging filler to your mailer box to provide extra protection, though we cannot be responsible for the handling by AusPost. If there are issues with your order on delivery, please send us an email. We recommend being available to directly receive your order as we cannot be responsible for products being left outside by Australia Post in the Australian climate.
