Shipping and Deliveries
For all deliveries outside of our local delivery area, orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow for Australia Post shipping times for the local area the brownies are being delivered. We make all our products fresh every day and aim to despatch within 1 – 2 days from receipt of order.
We recommend being available to directly receive your order as we cannot be responsible for products being left outside in the Australian climate.

Yes, you can pick up your order from our commercial kitchen in Thomastown. Please contact us to organise a pickup time.
Yes! We have loads of brownie gift boxes, gift hampers, brownie boxes and dessert boxes which make deliciously different gift ideas. There’s nothing better than a brownie cake in a box or a brownie birthday cake to surprise someone special. We are happy to customise too – just ask us!

Gelato and Gelato Cakes
The main difference between gelato and ice cream is that gelato generally has a lower fat content than ice cream. Gelato contains less cream and more milk, no egg yolks, and is churned more slowly resulting in less air and a richer flavour.
