Shipping and Deliveries
For all deliveries outside of our local delivery area, orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow for Australia Post shipping times for the local area the brownies are being delivered. We make all our products fresh every day and aim to despatch within 1 – 2 days from receipt of order.
We recommend being available to directly receive your order as we cannot be responsible for products being left outside in the Australian climate.
Yes, we can offer local delivery of our Brownie Cakes and Australia-wide delivery of our Brownie Message Cakes. Please get in touch with us for more information.
Yes, you can pick up your order from our commercial kitchen in Thomastown. Please contact us to organise a pickup time.
Yes! We have loads of brownie gift boxes, gift hampers, brownie boxes and dessert boxes which make deliciously different gift ideas. There’s nothing better than a brownie cake in a box or a brownie birthday cake to surprise someone special. We are happy to customise too – just ask us!

Brownie-Misu
The difference between Brownie-Misu and traditional tiramisu is simple: we’ve swapped the traditional sponge biscuits (ladyfingers) for chunks of our award-winning brownies! Our Brownie-Misu combines rich, fudgy brownie pieces with the creamy, indulgent layers you love in a classic tiramisu, creating a decadent brownie dessert with a deliciously unique twist on the Italian classic.
Yes! Brownie-Misu is available to order online for pickup. We currently offer online ordering only for pickup, but if you are located locally and would prefer to have your Brownie-Misu delivered, please get in touch with us. We may be able to arrange local delivery for an additional delivery fee, depending on your location and order size. Contact us to discuss your delivery requirements.

Our Brownie-Misu should be stored in the refrigerator at 0–5°C. Keeping it chilled helps maintain the deliciously creamy texture and ensures your Brownie-Misu is ready to enjoy at its best. Keep your Brownie-Misu refrigerated until you’re ready to serve.
When unopened and stored correctly, Brownie-Misu has a shelf life of up to 10 days when kept refrigerated at 0-5°C. We recommend checking the best-before date on your product and enjoying your Brownie-Misu within the recommended timeframe.
Brownie-Misu is delicious served chilled, straight from the refrigerator. Simply peel back the lid, grab a spoon and enjoy! Our individual Brownie-Misu cans make serving easy and mess-free, making them perfect for parties, celebrations, catering, corporate events or simply enjoying a decadent dessert at home.
No, we don’t recommend freezing your Brownie-Misu. We recommend following the storage instructions on the packaging. If you have a large order for an event or catering, please contact us to discuss the best way to store your Brownie-Misu until it’s ready to be served as we may be able to supply to you frozen for a longer shelf life.

At this time we don’t offer any vegan brownies. All our brownies contain butter and eggs.
